Since 1976, Amy Kell, President and Owner of Kell Consulting LLC, has worked in the low-income housing field at the national, regional and local levels, and in public, not-for-profit and private sector environments. Ms. Kell is an innovative, goal-oriented professional with significant experience as an advisor, consultant, analyst and writer. As President and Owner of Kell Consulting LLC, she is responsible for directing all aspects of the company, overseeing all work products, and overseeing each client relationship.
Ms. Kell has an Masters in Business Administration (“MBA”) with a concentration in marketing from the University of Chicago School of Business; a Bachelor of Arts (“BA”) with concentrations in history and political science from Oakland University. She is a certified Public Housing Manager (PHM). She is also a trained Mediator for the State of Wisconsin, and conducts mediations in the Dane County Eviction Court.
