ABOUT KELL CONSULTING LLC
Since 1976, Amy Kell, President and Owner of Kell Consulting LLC, has worked in the low-income housing field at the national, regional and local levels, and in public, not-for-profit and private sector environments. Ms. Kell is an innovative, goal-oriented professional with significant experience as an advisor, consultant, analyst and writer. As President and Owner of Kell Consulting LLC, she is responsible for directing all aspects of the company, overseeing all work products, and overseeing each client relationship.
Ms. Kell has an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the University of Chicago, a BA with concentrations in history and political science from Oakland University, and is a certified Public Housing Manager (PHM).
